The Poggetti estate is a winery of ancient tradition that extends between the sunny hills of Massa Marittima and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The long avenues of cypresses that connect the various residences are an invitation to walk, horseback or bicycle. Its position is an excellent starting point for visits to Etruscan and Medieval Tuscany, to the great cities of art and to the lively ports of the coast and nearby islands. Santa Laura is a rural building dating back to the late 1700s that until the 1950s hosted peasant families who worked on the farm. A long restoration has transformed the “farm” into a classy farmhouse for a reserved and elegant hospitality in the heart of the Maremma. You can get to Santa Laura along the long cypress avenues that connect all the various residences on the farm. Its elevated position offers a vast horizon to the view of the Gulf of Follonica and its islands and the surrounding countryside. At the end of a long avenue of cypresses, in a secluded area of ​​the company we find Santa Chiara, a residence furnished with simplicity and elegance that can accommodate seven people in three bedrooms and with two bathrooms. There is a living room with fireplace and cooking and dining area. There is a free laundry room located in a separate room of the house. The fenced garden surrounding the residence houses a private swimming pool. Going through the cypress avenues that cross the entire farm we find the “Cancelloni” residence. It was also once one of the farm estates, today completely renovated, on two floors it offers two comfortable residences furnished in a simple and elegant way. The first on the ground floor with large living room, fireplace and kitchenette has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped veranda overlooking the garden. The second residence, on the first floor, also has a living room, fireplace and kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large equipped terrace. Both apartments have a large enclosed garden and a swimming pool and have access to a laundry room.
