Concordia is located in Maremma and in an area of ​​400 meters above sea level, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub woods just 7 km from the medieval city of Massa Marittima, inside the Technological and Archaeological Park of the Metalliferous Hills and along the Monteregio Wine and Flavors Route. From its privileged position, all facing south, you can enjoy a spectacular 360 ° view that sweeps up to the Argentario sea. The beaches and the sea are easily reached by car in a few minutes: Follonica and Cala Violina (30 km), Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia (south), Carbonifera and Torre Mozza (north) about 40 km. The Argentario promontory (Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, Talamone) is also located in about 1 hour, while the Marina di Scarlino tourist port is just 25 minutes away. The farm has an area of ​​about 5 hectares all cultivated with certified organic agriculture with olive grove, orchard, family vegetable garden, arable land-pasture and Mediterranean scrub forest.
