Concordia is located in Maremma and in an area of 400 meters above sea level, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub woods just 7 km from the medieval city of Massa Marittima, inside the Technological and Archaeological Park of the Metalliferous Hills and along the Monteregio Wine and Flavors Route. From its privileged position, all facing south, you can enjoy a spectacular 360 ° view that sweeps up to the Argentario sea. The beaches and the sea are easily reached by car in a few minutes: Follonica and Cala Violina (30 km), Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia (south), Carbonifera and Torre Mozza (north) about 40 km. The Argentario promontory (Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, Talamone) is also located in about 1 hour, while the Marina di Scarlino tourist port is just 25 minutes away. Ferries to the islands: Elba, Giglio, Corsica, Capraia, Giannutri, Pianosa are about 1 hour (a north embarkation in Piombino – a south embarkation in Porto Santo Stefano). The farm has an area of about 5 hectares all cultivated with certified organic agriculture with olive grove, orchard, family vegetable garden, arable land-pasture and Mediterranean scrub forest. We also have a small farm on the ground of laying hens and our dogs (Argo, Leila and the puppies Roger, Rafa and Delpo) and the kittens (Ginger and Amore) The old stone farmhouse has been renovated with care and search for comfort in full respect of the ancient Tuscan traditions with stone and plaster walls, handmade terracotta flooring, ceilings with chestnut beams, terracotta rafters and bricks, fireplaces and stoves cast iron. Yes on two floors with an apartment on each floor with 4 beds; also the other 2 apartments obtained in the renovated former barn with 4 beds each and a large external porch. Deliberately there was no telephone line or television … so that guests are present in absolute relaxation of the rhythm and tranquility of the place!
