This ancient farm in the Tuscan Maremma is located in the municipality of Massa Marittima. The property covers 700 hectares, of which about a quarter are reserved for arable fields, meadows, olive groves and vineyards. The farm offers a family atmosphere, beautiful rooms or suites, a rich breakfast buffet, a large garden, a swimming pool with a view, a riding stable, the Sienese walls raised in the open air, wines, lots of tranquility and countless excursions . The main buildings date back to the 1800s and are surrounded by a park with old trees. There are 23 rooms divided into 3 categories (all with shower / WC): – Villa: rooms of ancient elegance. – Podere recently renovated rooms with air conditioning. – Suite: ideal rooms for families or friends, they have 1-2 bedrooms with bathroom, a comfortable eat-in kitchen and air conditioning. In the common living room there is a fireplace, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet. The garden houses the large swimming pool and in summer you can dine outside in the ancient courtyard. The sea is just 15 minutes away from the farmhouse; the beach of Follonica has obtained the desired “blue flag”. In the hinterland you can reach the metalliferous hills (they reach 1000 m) crossed by fantastic paths, to be covered on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike. Medieval villages and villages are very characteristic, with festivals and celebrations throughout the year. Finally, in Massa Marittima there is one of the most beautiful squares in Tuscany.
