The other apartments are located in the most downstream part, more silent and peaceful, in a large meadow among olive trees. All units in the Podere I Massoni area overlook the swimming pool. The property has a total of 26 residential units, from the studio apartment for two people to the four-room apartment for up to 8 people. Each apartment, renovated trying to leave the original structure of over 400 years ago as unchanged as possible, has an independent entrance and a veranda equipped with table and chairs for relaxing outdoors or a candlelit dinner. The villas (two semi-detached and three independent), like the apartments respect the canons of the country furnishings and all have a veranda or private garden. The 17 x 8 m pools offer a suggestive view of the Val di Cornia and the environment. The restaurant is located in a beautiful vaulted cellar, which was the old oil mill, and has two panoramic terraces. In the same suggestive hall there is also the breakfast room. The international breakfast buffet, based on local products with a short supply chain, is served from 8 to 11. Pig-pong, mountain bike rental, TV room, barbecue, sunbeds and umbrellas on the solarium of the swimming pool are available to guests.
