The estate is in the green, 10 km from the center of Grosseto, close to the Ombrone river, in a slightly elevated position.

It is also perfect for receptions, ceremonies, tastings, business meetings, events, to be held both indoors (200 m2 conference room) and outdoors.

A road shaded by century-old cypresses, a nineteenth-century three-storey farmhouse, an ancient source: the farm has the shape of the old estate of the Maremma and is still perfectly preserved, with interiors with wooden decorations, original furnishings and large fireplaces.

You sleep in 4 mezzanine rooms, with exposed beams, terracotta floors, TV, space on the veranda with tables, or in accommodation all with toilet, air conditioning, TV, kitchen, overlooking the garden and views of the hills.

The restaurant is in the old stable and offers typical cuisine with home-made desserts.

The swimming pool (12×8.5 m, depth from 1.20 to 2 m) is surrounded by olive trees and has salt and lights sterilized water for swimming even in the evening. The olive room is a common area where you can have breakfast or read books from the library or play table football.

There is also a panoramic solarium terrace and tasting room where you can taste the farm oil and other excellences of the area.
